Big Wup

Big Wup was formed by three veteran musicians with the same goal in mind, “To bring quality, high energy, danceable, and familiar cover songs to as many people as we can at reasonable rates”. All three members are good friends, light hearted and professional… No ego’s here, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t care. We’re here to have as much fun as possible and make everyone else at our shows have a good time too, including staff and that old guy in the corner who looks just a little too much like your grandpa. When not performing with Big Wup we are out playing with our original rock band 27 Years. At the end of the day, we are three professional musicians looking for a good time and a chance to ease up a little and let the goofy side show…
The players of Big Wup are no strangers to the stage. In fact, we hold a combined history of 40+ years stage experience. One of us is a full time music instructor, one of us is endorsed by world renowned equipment manufacturers and one of us is left handed… (you can decide who is who!)Here are a few of the acts we have been a part of, either together or apart-

Rockie Lynne

Rockie Lynne has appeared nationally on “Good Morning America,” CMT, GAC, The Grand Ole Opry “Live” and Fox News. His debut single, “Lipstick,” spent an impressive 10 consecutive weeks in the #1 slot on Billboard’s Country Singles Sales chart. Lynne first made a name for himself when he released his critically acclaimed self-titled debut CD on Universal Records.
